The Creation of the World

As set down in the narratives of the Elder Races.

A reinterpretation.

 

I Reverend Wilhelm Van Gerven here by undertake this great scholarly quest with great trepidation, for what I am about to undertake delves deeply into the very core of our understanding of ourselves.

The creation myth itself is at the heart of a races understanding of self, each has its own unique interpretation of creation and each accepts their own interpretation to be true.

One aspect of all the known creation myths that is oft overlooked is the sheer number of similarities that exist between these narratives. It is these similarities that I concentrate on here, isolating only those aspects of the varied creation myths that span across multiple narratives, thus allowing me to build up a commonly accepted story of creation, a unifying tale of our collective origins.
